Hi. I'm having problems with most of my Skyrim videos where they will not monetize. I don't understand what YouTube is having a problem about, but I searched around and it looks like the company that made Skyrim wants you to ask permission before you can make money off your videos of Skyrim. This is happening even with my reviews of people's mods. I don't use music in my videos, it's just a dual commentary of us playing the game.

But what confuses me is not *all* of them are rejected; just most. Also I made a claim once saying I don't understand what the problem is, and they rejected it without explanation. So do I actually need to email the company asking for permission, and if so how do I do that?

Slightly off topic: I don't know about others, but at all of a sudden, YouTube is literally full of ads, everywhere. I clearly remember YT has always been ads free (but the ones in the video) so what the hell... are they running low on money recently? I remember submitting feedback to the Google ads help service about how annoying all of the darn ads are to me just a few days ago, and I suspect this is their revenge.

I use Google Chrome and I'd love to find something to wipe them out, all of them. Ii has also got a lot more slower to watch videos on YT because of all the ads in the page.
