While waiting for dragonborn i've casualli discovered the ultimate trick to become a god in skyrim witout cheating.

The trick consist in combining:
-talos amulet
-the spell "wall of flames"
-the "become ethereal" shout

With this combination you can stay ethereal while damaging multiple enemies at the same time.
