Yesterday I read on elderscrolls.net that "Redguard" will not be the next add-on. I think they're right, the title sounds too trivial.
Because Dragonborn sounds so unique...
I thought Redguard had been trademarked as an online game as opposed to downloadable content? Implying it's more likely to be fore TES:O? It could have been a false rumour, I suppose.
United States Trademark and Patent Office, http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=searchss&state=4004:mmxyhy.1.1. Type 'Redguard'. Records 1, 3 and 4 were registered by ZeniMax, so these are the ones you should look at. Two were abandoned, the active one was filed in March 2011 - while all other Skyrim DLC were registered only a few months before their release - and it says:
Computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devicesEntertainment services, namely, providing on-line interactive computer games and providing information relating to electronic computer games via the internetThe first line is common to all Skyrim DLC. The other is unique to Redguard's trademark. Read it as you wish.
