I'm getting prepared for when it comes out on ps3 so what I would like to know is what items will I need and where can I find orphans that are not part of Honorhall.

girl sofie- windhelm, at the gates to the argonian docks, sells flower, very pitiful!
girl lucia- during the day she can be found wandering around the gildergreen in whiterun, beggar, MUST ADOPT!!!
boy alesan: works at the inn at dawnstar, running back and forth outside the inn, and inside
boy blaise- katla farm

Stock up on iron, you're going to need A LOT of it. Also some corrundum, but not nearly as much. Other items such as steel and different types of animal pelts will also be needed, but in rather small quantities.

You're also going to need a lot of clay, sawn logs, quarried stone and goat horns as well as some straw and glass, but those won't be available until you instal Hearthfire.

Yeah, you do need a lot of iron. Once you think you finally have enough you don't and you'll be back out again searching for more.
