Well, according to my review notes, Bethesda has no idea when the content will be released. Therefor, no embargo. Hopefully it doesn't get the Gears of War treatment and come out in the middle of the day randomly.

It's true XBL updates around 5-6am EST. However, every time I've reviewed content the embargo is around that time. This is what I just got:

"Below is a code for Dawnguard that you can use for review purposes. The content is slated to go live tomorrow, Tuesday, June 26. As we do not know the exact time the content will be available for download by the public, there is no embargo on coverage."

Cross your fingers.

Get up and read about how everyone's enjoying the DLC, then read up on reported bugs (I'm sure there will be plenty).

At least a month from now----Read about how the lag has returned on the PS3, and be grateful I waited to see how badly it destroyed everyone's PS3 (I'm on the PS3)

XBL marketplace update times. (I spoke with customer support from Xbox.com over the phone and these are the times he gave me)

Eastern standard: 3 am
Central: 2 am
Mountain: 1 am
Pacific: 12 am

I hope he was correct.

Theres no "offical" time xD. They normaly update xbox live at 5-6 am EST. But its not guaranteed, big dlc and things can get delayed.

Edit: Ohh 3 am? Realy? O.o (Holds thumbs). Thats like 2 hours from now.
