just activate them, you should have the option to feed or talk/pickpocket.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're talking about the one you have to vampirically seduce and feed to make your thrall, right?

yes. I know there's a way to feed while in lord form because there is an animation with the wings wrapped around the victim

I'm just as clueless as you are on that... I don't usually play as a vampire; a made a character specifically for that.

It's just like a normal power attack finisher, basically it's a kill move, just regular attack or power attack when an enemy is low on health and it has a chance to trigger.

Edit: keep in mind you also have to be in melee mode as a Vampire Lord to make it trigger, I think the Xbox 360 command for that is the "X" button.
