Some Questions here :) : V

Hey everyone i just want ask some questions uhmm i bought skyrim for ps3 a few days ago and im currently in Europe (Norway) and i saw the dawnguard i want to buy it but i cant cause its not on the store yet so this is my questions:

1.Will it be released here in Norway?
2.If i change my account into USA will i be able to buy it?

Currently the Dawnguard DLC is only available for the XBox 360. It's a 30 day exclusive DLC, so hopefully we'll see it released on the PS3 & PC in the next week or so.

The X-box version is already released in Ireland and the UK, so I would assume Europe will get it eventually for other platforms.

Im Dutch and I was able to download Dawnguard on release day for xbox.
I cant imagine Norway being much different, so I expect you will be able to purchase and download the (English) ps3 version when it is released for ps3.
