I want to pre-order (yeah pretty late i know): from game.co.uk and there is a normal edition and a special one with tarot cards.. Are the tarot cards only for the UK? Do I get the dlc at the special edition (if at all)? Should I just buy the ordinary one? Thank you and I am really excited to join the forum, it seems nice

It would seem that the Tarot cards are for UK only. It's hard to tell but I am assuming that the special DLC items are not region exclusive. Its up to you to decide if the DLC items are worth the extra money. Personally I would go with the normal version.
