Does anyone know if the torture victims in the Dawnstar Sanctuary re-spawn? I've tortured the treasure out of all four of them and am starting to feel bad about keeping them around. I can't find a way to release them from their shackles so I was thinking about putting an arrow in each one of them. Wondering if the dead bodies will just hang there or if new victims will spawn with a new set of treasure. Thanks.

Also, anyone ever notice that the other two prisoners in the abandoned shack stay there forever? I'm over two years in game play after starting the DB questline and when I revisit the shack the two I did NOT kill are still there. I killed the old woman to begin with. I wish I could release the Nord and use him as a follower, he'd probably be pretty loyal at that point, just don't go to sleep.

Torture victims do not respawn. I killed them all and their corpses remained. Had fun flinging them about with fire storm. One corpse even got flung up to one of the beams supporting the roof and got stuck there. LOL!

i killed one of them without finding his treasure, 100+ in game days have passed and his corpse is still there...

The torture victims are a once only event. There is no respawn for them.

And they each will tell you about a treasure that they've hidden if you "question" them.
