Try running your system against http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ at the system requirement lab. If it can run things like Guild Wars 2 or The Old Republic, I'd say you have a pretty good shot.

i have GW2 and i can run it at 20 to 25 fps lowest settings but in the WvW pvp i get like 2 fps so im worried that i cant run it now

I am also playing games on a laptop at the minute, and do not know if it will work but I am saving up for a mediocre gaming rig.

On that laptop, maybe on low if at all.

An Alienware or some type of gaming notebook is another story.

A gaming rig is a pc/laptop made for gaming and ofcourse its possible to upgrade a laptop why wouldn't it be.

it is but its costly, if i wanted a new graphics card i wouldnt be able to add because there is no slot in the laptop only thing i can upgrade is ram. as of what i know

what do you mean no slot in the laptop for a graphics card that wouldnt make sense!

Based on the specs it looks like it has integrated graphics. There's no actual graphics card to replace. Most laptops, including some that are marketed as gaming laptops still do this, and AMD's CPU/GPU chips have made it (slightly) better. That said, it might be too soon to say on this one. GW2 is probably a good benchmark, but no one here knows for sure.
