These freezes...urgh

Sometimes, my game simply freezes on the spot. No ctd, no error, just freeze. And it will freeze unless i close the game via taskmanager. It only happened recently and i havent got significant changes in my mods. The heavy graphic mods are still there, since the day i replayed skyrim.

My GPU has 1gb ram but previously i had no issues with whatever. Only recently did i get random freezes. I find that i get freezes more if i sprint. But it can happen anywhere, in whiterun, riften forest, dungeons, blackreach, whitereach you name it, it will freeze.

PC info:
i7 2630QM 2.0ghz 6gb ram AMD6570m/5700 series with 1gb gddr5 ram.

Is this a sign of gpu failing? I had this HP dv6 for 1.5 years now and i heard HP laptops normally die(gpu first if games) in 2 years.
