I cant find this on google.

How do I get her as a follower?

Do I have to become a werewolf to get aela as a follower.

If I become a vampire will she still follow me?

Finish the Companions questline and you get her as a follower.

It doesn't matter if you're a Vampire, any follower will follow you.

Edit: Hard to believe you couldn't find the answer to that on Google.
