I thought of a new way to get perks, the concept is as follows:
Your boots have a skill associated with it, say, "Armsman" rank1, then you have to kill (get) 20 points and you get the ability, easy, only would need to have the armor equipped when the creature dies.
Obviously the best skill needed most points, example, "Shiel Charge" 250 points and only get the equip from level 40 or more.
The 4 pieces of armor would be to learn Skills, and necklace and ring to learn magic, is just an idea, that I have to think about it.
I guess the way to do it is using dinamically Attaching Scripts (http://www.creationkit.com/Dynamically_Attaching_Scripts).
But I'm very noob, i need help with this.
Another problem, the idea that every creature would grant points according to their size soul, I'm pretty lost here.
This is just an idea, the current system is not bad, recover enough points invested it better (thank you dragonborn), but this is far more fun (and more expensive to make).
