20 seconds in and 31 seconds to be exact.

I'm really hoping it stays similar to that when this game comes out. I don't know about you guys but having this game look like WoW or DragonAge would be a huge let down. Keep the intensity of the colors down, have a nice organic look to everything like in skyrim.

I found that skyrim was too greyish, I get it, old buildings, tons of mountain, it only looked pretty during direct sunlight on the trees/grass/water, but since 80% of the time its raining or snowing, it kinnda svcked to be in a grey ambient all the time...

I really hope they dont grey everything out on bad weather

I liked the greyness, brought back the rugged feel of Morrowind imo.

Also I think they chose cold colors, so they can make all effects like flames look awesome.

Im not saying it was bad choice in skyrim, but the weather was bad almost all the time, and i do enjoy the rugged feeling, but when (on my system) i saw how gorgeous the world truly was, not even riverwood (which i visited hundreds of times due to tons of characters) always amazed be how gorgeous looked on the right shadows and the colors were astonishing.

The various graphical mods may have helped, but still, the difference from constant gray to the lush of colors was like black and white, 2 totally different opposites, and i enjoyed the sunny days a lot more in skyrim because of that.

Couple example of how they can make those bright and warm colors to pop out.

I actually think its alot better this way, especially in PVP its easier to see what skills/abilties people use.

If you look at the early screenshots, they had an entirely different palette - Almost everything was purple (even a Durzog) and it all looked like a happy magical wonderland. Either that, or there's something wrong with my eyes.

I really like the way it is now. It's not too over the top and yet not depressingly dull.

Btw, also now they can make some monsters to really look impressive. Just imagine some big giant surrounded by flames, lets call it fire giant.
