I think that's a provisional rating (ie not final).

As much as I hope it will be PEGI 18, I understand if they are going for 12, to gain a larger audience.

Second, the ratings doesn't mean a game is "for" a certain age. Those ratings mean "There is nothing in this game that is not socially explicit for a child of no younger than 12 years of age."

So was Morrowind. How did that turn out?

Still one of the Best RPGs ever.

Just because the game has a rating doesn't mean its a kids game justs means its sutiable for kids.
