I use my daggers for the X effect, but ive tried power strikeing and regular striking and it doesnt seem to matter , is there a way to make the kill cam happen all the time?

Just stand behind them and it should happen. Most of the time I do it with a sword and it happens a lot.

If you can't take it off. There is most likely not a way to have it on all the time...

Take what off? And yeah, stand behind them. I get kill-cams on my assassin all the time when I do that. It doesn't need to be a power strike.
