Aldunel - My Altmer BattlemageSpellsword

I've spent a lot of time creating this character and I'm happy with how he looks but I'm still unsure about the perks I have planned for him. I wanted him to be sort of like the altmer version of Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones with a little bit of Kratos from God of War.

He is essentially a dual wielding mage-warrior, an expert in using blades/axes in both hands as well as his fists and also a bow though he will mostly be using bound weapons and destruction magic because as an Altmer it would be sacrilege not to. I didn't bother with two handed and block, although I would have liked to, but I needed the perks elsewhere, plus most of the most interesting weapons and unique storyline related items seem to be either one handed or bows. I gave him some skills in both armor types though and the Fists of Steel perk to emulate his hand to hand skill. This seemed like a cool thing to do as I've never tried combat with fists only on any playthrough and his size makes it look realistic.

I always give my characters all the same skills in smithing, enchanting and alchemy as I have done here in case I ever get bored and want to create uber weapons/armor.

As for the magic I wanted to get across the fact that he is more or less immune to it so I've spent enough perks to get all the magic resistance and antronach perks in the alteration tree. I've got him to mystic binding in the conjuration tree for the bound weapon power, he isn't a summoner so that's all I thought was required. For destruction I just put him at expert level and invested in dual cast and the general perks which increase damage for the different magic types. The other perks which require enemies health to be low seem like more luxury than necessity to me.

For restoration I only spent perks on recovery, regenration and respite to keep his magicka, health and stamina up.

One question I have is - I eventually want him to start using Thalmor as thralls so I was wondering do I need to invest any more perks elsewhere to ensure I can thrall high level npcs?

Here's how he looks close up (poor picture sorry):-

and here's the gear I will usually have him wearing (shirtless fur armor with elven/daedric/thalmor matching boots and gloves, sometimes with an adept mage hood or not):-

His ratio at level 81 will be (Altmer magic bonus included) - Magicka: 450, Health: 400, Stamina: 300 and here's the build itself:-

What does everyone think of this build? Should I move any perks elsewhere? Have I wasted any? Any suggestions are appreciated :D

In Smithing don't bother with the left side (from Elven Smithing to Dragon Smithing) if you're already going to get the heavy stuf on the right.

Investing into both Light and Heavy Armor seems like a waste. Pick one. Presumably that would be Heavy Armor.

Spekaing of which, if all the armor you'll be wearing is going to be gauntlets and boots your basic armor rating is going to be so low that Juggernaut won't make much difference. Unless you abuse Alchemy, Enchanting, and Smithing to the max and create super duper ultra boots and gauntlets that give 150 armor each.

I would also get Impact in Destruction. Without it Destruction spells aren't really worth dual casting (10% more power for 40% more cost).

Other than that he seems decent.
