I have been waiting for months for the new dlc to come to the ps3, and now that I know it will be in February I would like to know if there is an exact release date because I also need to buy the PSN card and I need to know soon.

They have not announced an exact release date for DLC on PS3 yet. It has been said that it will be released after Dragonborn is released on PC on February 5th, so presumably sometime later this month. PS3 first needs the 1.8 patch before it can handle DLC, so maybe we will get more information then.
