So, as we know, by default equipping hoods simply removes your hair, regardless of the original hair's shape or length. You could have hair down to your knees, but if you equip a hood, it's gone. The reason behind this is for the sake of preventing hair from poking through clothes. This seems a fairly lazy way way of dealing with the problem. So what I'd request would be new set of hair meshes designed to go under hoods that more accurately reflect the NPC/player's hair.

An example, my Nord has some braids, which I'm pretty partial to. But, If equip a hood, he might as well be bald.

And that's just some short-ish braids, some of the priests have a great head of hair, but you wouldn't know it. Same with the farmers who wear that small green hood which gives them all instant haircuts.
