Not gonna have a PC for a couple of weeks, worth it to buy s

Skyrim is pretty much the only game I play when im not on World of Warcraft, lets just say Skyrim is my chill out game and WoW is my social game.

Since I don't have a PC currently, i'm gonna be doing alot of chilling out and noticed that Skyrim is available on demand for £20, would you say its worth it? I guess £20 is a good price for 2 weeks worth of fun, I mean i'v paid that much for blu rays that iv only ever watched once.

I know the answer is ultimately down to me, but what would you guys do?

If you can live without your fav mods, then knock yourself out.

I'd wait, why pay for a game you already own on PC and only to play for 2 weeks? I don't think it's worth it at all but it's your choice in the end. Still two weeks really isn't a long wait, plus when you do get your PC back you can save that £20 for Dragonborn and keep a tenner for yourself. :D

It really depends on your own preferences. And there are many questions that must be answered.

Do you like your couch/recliner better than your computer chair?

Do you like mouse/keyboard better than controller?

Do you like your (presumably) big huge HDTV better than your (presumably) smaller HD monitor?

Do you like worrying about graphics card updates and ensuring your PC specs are up to snuff better than just pushing a button and everything works?

And more questions, but these ones here are important.

Ultimately, if you don't want to ask yourself those questions and if you prefer PC gaming, then wait. Otherwise go with Xbox 360.

Ha...I play on the PC as well as the console.

I still sit on the couch.
I still view on a big TV.
I still use the controller.
I have a powerful system, so no worries at all. I actually worry more with my console...TBH....lol

EDIT : This was not intended to be interpreted as console bashing or platform boasting. I just thought it was funny that those things are the same across the platforms, for me.

I can see where this is going. You can have all those amenities playing on PC. The graphics card update is no different then having to clear the cache on the Xbox360 or having to force install software just so you can get slightly better load times. Nice try but having to update your graphics card isn't a choir it's automatic for the majority of us and is no inconvenience whatsoever.

OP I would just wait. There are so many more advantages on PC with games like Skyrim than there are of home consoles.

I'm not implying to console bash either, just making a accurate post.
