So there's been a lot of rumors around lately about new dlc, but let's talk about the thing YOU want to see in Skyrim.
Personally i'd like some capes, they don't have to be fully animated, they can be like in this video 0:21

As a free update like horse combat animated capes/cloaks would be awesome
