I'm so angry!
The only way to get these items is if your in the dark brotherhood.
If I'm going to wear the pretty pink and white dress, it usually isint on the type of character that would join the dark brotherhood.
It's the only pretty dress in the game and you have to get pretty far into the db quest line to get it.
Bethesda should patch the game putting it for sale at divine elegance or have your character be given one if they get married.
