is there a list of mods that have issues?

question is there a list of ultimate or complete list of mods that have issues when using them or say I downloaded this player home and I went to sleep at it or used some thing in the mod would cause issues with the standard game. yes I know most mod authors do usually post any issues or they get reported by a mod user to mod author. but not all the time this happens. because I've been playing skyrim with mods for last 3 or 4 months maybe a bit more and had issues with mods would change or screw up quest lines or npc's. yes I know about the there can be issues but id like to know and im sure other mod users like to have a list. so they know before or me id like to know before I download a mod. that has issues with issues with quest and npc's. and reason why im asking because im playing on pc is for the mods because that's what pc gamming is about besides faster screen loading than consoles system and better graphics. because if I wanted to just play stand alone game id play on a console system.

I mean, no. This isn't professionally produced software, and mods change with such frequency that what is true today is not true tomorrow, or even an hour from now.

Couple that with the fact users cannot be trusted to provide meaningful problem reports about any mod. I field trouble reports on my own files every day. 90% of these problems actually originate from something else in their system. I spend more time debugging other people's game environments and other people's mods than I do troubleshooting the ones I actually made.

In general, the only person that can provide high-quality problem reports about a mod is the author themselves, OR another person that has taken it upon themselves to investigate the issue, test it, and verify it. This almost never happens. The troubleshooting reports generally are to the tune of "I installed / did this, and then this no longer works.", without understanding the underlying issue or even verifying if they are even related; they just see what is on the surface. Correlation != causation, etc.

Also combine this with the fact that many, many users don't understand the difference between incompatibility and interoperability, or a bug and personal preference. The definition of "issue" is very subjective.
