I mean, no. This isn't professionally produced software, and mods change with such frequency that what is true today is not true tomorrow, or even an hour from now.
Couple that with the fact users cannot be trusted to provide meaningful problem reports about any mod. I field trouble reports on my own files every day. 90% of these problems actually originate from something else in their system. I spend more time debugging other people's game environments and other people's mods than I do troubleshooting the ones I actually made.
In general, the only person that can provide high-quality problem reports about a mod is the author themselves, OR another person that has taken it upon themselves to investigate the issue, test it, and verify it. This almost never happens. The troubleshooting reports generally are to the tune of "I installed / did this, and then this no longer works.", without understanding the underlying issue or even verifying if they are even related; they just see what is on the surface. Correlation != causation, etc.
Also combine this with the fact that many, many users don't understand the difference between incompatibility and interoperability, or a bug and personal preference. The definition of "issue" is very subjective.
