I'm playing a Mage , early on still and I keep Getting tempted to be a werewolf or like I said buying dawnguard to try a vamp!

Is the dlc any good compared to dragonborn which was pretty dam good!

Does becoming a vamp ruin it ? I like werewolf as you can change when you want to..

Also Mage question...

Is fire the best? Can I reach master in illusion , destruction and conjur ?

I'm using arch Mage robes ATM .. Is this the best way to keep it RP'd the best while getting best stats ? I see some still use heavy armor mages

I say dawnguard is a good dlc and worth a buy also I say since you are a mage go vampire they have a few items that really helps out mages in terms of armor and rings/trinkets.

Plus the dlc has new conjuration spells and being a vampire gives you an innate bonus to illusion.

Well compared to some of the quests in the game I say yes and people generally agree that dawnguard introduces one of the best npcs in the game so far.

I also say dawnguard dlc would be great to tide you over until dragonborn releases on feb 5th.
