The only mods I'm using that effect leveled lists are ASIS and Morrowloot, however I'm not sure whether that means I should merge them? Any help t'would be grand, chaps.

No.
Morrowloot essentially delevels everything, so I guess its levelled lists would be blank?
ASIS should be loaded after a Bashed Patch anyway, so don't merge it. You need ASIS to run on an active Bash patch for it to work optimally.

Edit, for further info: If you use other procedurally generated patches, you'll need to run them in some sort of order, and never move them around. In my case, I use Bash, AV, and ASIS in that order. So that means I enable all my mods but AV, ASIS (and the dependecy one). I run bash. I make sure the bashed patch is active, and last in my load order (neglecting those inactive mods). I run AV, activate it, and place it last as before. I activate ASIS Dependency, place it last, and then run ASIS. Then I activate that and place it last.
There's plenty of info in the ASIS and AV readmes which should tell you how to run your patches together.

wait a minute, are you saying i NEED to run ASIS on a bash patch anyway, or i need to run ASIS on a bash patch only if I'm using a Bash patch? At the moment I'm not even using wrye bash atall, and it doesn't mention in the ASIS readme that I need to do that.
Sorry if I'm not making sense, you've just confused me slightly.
