This would seem like a silly question. Answer: You put it on and it keeps the weapons off of you hopefully.

What I really mean is. We can wear any armor we want regardless of the class.

So if a rogue for example wears full plate armor will his Dexterity be effected thus getting a penalty for the bulky armor?

If this same Rogue throws the plate armor down and is donning his birthday suit with he get a bonus for his Dexterity?
