I'm far too powerful to worry about guards, but I still have no idea how the hell I got a bounty. I just woke up one day and a guard said I'd broken the law??? But I've kept my nose TOTALLY clean. Like I said, it's not a matter of being threatened by guards, it's just I don't like the idea of my hero having a bounty with the guards that I haven't earned. Can someone tell me a console command that gets rid of bounties?

You could always just pay off the Bounty.

Tried that, but I still didn't lose my bounty. I checked by greeting him again and he said I still have a bounty.

Open console..Click on said guard. Type paycrimegold.
