ok here's the deal. I had done some texture mods with nifscope and everything went well. New textures showed up in game correctly. A dead hd later i've got everything reinstalled and good to go, BUT i am working on new textures. When i get in game the item w/ the new textures show up. I can use them, but when i drop them on the ground they disappear. Looked into nifscope and realized that all the new nifs that i saved based off of the origional mesh are all out of order. Now i am assuming that this is the reason for the issue. The only thing is i don't know how to get them back in the proper order. DId i forget to dl something or mess up a setting? Help?

Nevermind. I'm such a noob. I had auto sanitize on save. Turned it off now everything looks right and works ingame.
