What scripts do I package up when building my mod Data folde

When manually packaging up a mod for release which TIF_* scripts do I need to include? I see my unique ones in the ../Scripts folder but what about the TIF* files? Just for kicks I changed a script fragment in one dialog and expected to see a .pex file for it but nothing there.

I'm confused.

And I know I don't have to worry about this if I pack a BSA file but I have trouble with that and would rather create a separate thread to discuss it.
