This message keep popping up about needing to use my alter staff less power to charge a staff? I don't even have either of these perks or abilities yet and am using a defensive staff, but I am this message spamming me even when I don't have a staff equipped! It wasn't happening at all until recently and now its very frequent and incredibly annoying.
