My next character is going to be a snooty imperial Mage and I want him to have a really hot husband,
Who would be the best for him?

I can only think of three potential husbands that are hot:
Marcurio (will hate him since they seem too much alike)
Farkas and Vilkas (and then your mage will have to do the entire Companions questline).
