If you have a better way please tell me.

At the moment I'm jumping up and down in a forge in solitude(any works) and healing myself with fast healing. Jumping up and down for some reason increases my destruction. I'm guessing it casts a little bit of flames at me each time I jump and also considers it as my cast. However, that part costs no mana, only the healing does.

It works but it takes a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.
