So in my game, I was attacked by a Ice Wraith and Spriggan, and appropriately the effects for both attacks showed up on my character.

Two hours (real time) later, and neither effect has ceased displaying on my character. The Ice Wraith one isn't so terrible (Just affects my feet), but the Spriggan's Green Flying bits are starting to give me a headache as those do show up in first person.

Any advice on how to remove these effects from my character?

You can use the console commands to remove the spriggan effect as well - the codes for spriggan and spriggan matron swarms are listed http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29/Enchantments
