How is arcane blacksmith viewed if trying to play a "no magic" character?

you use it to improve enchanted gear, so if you don't use enchanted gear i wouldn't get it. But if you plan on using found enchanted gear i'd say take it, its just the knowledge of how to work on enchanted gear, nothing magical about skill

It's definitely a must for all my warriors.

For the practicality of it, there is no reason why a Blacksmith, that is proficient at his craft, could not be able to improve enchanted gear.
