Suddently on my Xbox ALL is now in low resolution with flat textures... ALL the saves are corrupted! I know it's a common bug... but there is a solution? Clear the cache of the Xbox can solve it? Please answer!

Xbox 250 Gb HDD
Skyrim on disc (not installed)
All DLC installed
Last Patch installed
