I need to have a shop in Skyrim...and collect the profits

Wouldnt be a nice idea to have the ability to set up a shop?Instead of trying to find merchants to sell your items you could have a shop and convince others to come and buy them.Of course you cannot be present all day there but you could have a companion or a housecarl selling and buying items instead of you

That'd be nice. Or hell, just rent space from one of the already existing shopkeepers since they already have room in their under furnished stores anyways.

Your spouse does this..

Although I would've like to have seen an actual shop.

The gold is flowing nicely, my dear. Here is your share of the profits.

What I believe the OP is actually trying to convey, is someplace you can dump all your [censored] (into a chest, for example) and over time, it'll all be sold. It would negate the need to store inside your house, after you've already bankrupted an entire city in five minutes flat by just selling two [censored] items.

We could have something similar to hearthfire dlc.Start a shop by purchasing a house. Then decide what kind a shop you want(for example alchemist shop). You could then give 5000 gold to you housecarl to buy supplies. After that you let the housecarl control the shop but you could interfere in matters like giving or taking potions from the shop or taking some money for your own needs. As time passes the shop could become wealthier or a disaster would mean you should pay from your own pocket extra money. You sould have the option to set up shops in most cities(perhaps even inns)
