and even Thalmor Robes

But how come Argonians, Khajiit, and even Redguard don't have an actual set of armor based off of their race/province?

P.S.- Yes, I know Redguard have their outfit, but its not armor.

Bethesda racism, no reason Khajiit caravans shouldn't have some Khajiit armor or clothes on them.

I believe we'll see Khajiit & Argonian armor sets, once TES: Elsweyr & TES: Black Marsh get released, sometime in this decade

kinda hoping that the next DLC WILL be this "Redguard" in which they'd give the Redguard some armor.

There is some Khajiit armour, but unfortunately its in a modded questline. So I guess it doesn't count .
