Changing DNA With Spoken Words and Phrases

Most astounding of all, the team discovered that living human DNA can be changed and rearranged with spoken words and phrases.

That's pretty dang awesome, but tbh, I don't know how this ties in with Skyrim or the Thu'um. Still a nice read though.

Curing genetic disabilities by talking can be related to Shouting. Also, the changing of a species with a Shout could be really cool.

new DLC shouts where you can turn people into Skeevers or cows. lol. I know theres probably a mod for that (and if there isn't there should) but our console brothers and sisters are left out.

I'm not positive, but would it not be possible to program a shout to have the effect of the Wabbajack? It wouldn't turn people into different objects indefinitely, but that would be a lot of fun.
