So i just checked Steam and to my surprise ,Skyrim and all the DLC for it are available here.(though skyrim isn,t really available yet,it shows the picture but when i click on it ,it says the usual not available in your region,very strange.The DLC is 100% available here.If any other Eastern European players are exspiriancing this,please share .I would like to if its available to players in Poland,Hungary etc.

Have you purchased, installed AND played Dragonborn? Because if you have, then something has definitely gone wrong and you are one lucky son of a gun.

No ,Dragonborn is only available for Preorder like everywhere else,until its released.
Edit:I was just saying that Hearthfire and Dawnguard can be boutgh here now,and i can preorder Dragonborn if i want to,and play it when it releases next week.

Confirmed. DLC is also available in Lithuania now, too! Though not the game itself. But, hey, at least we don't have to wait additional time till the key outlets get it! Yeehaw!

And before you ask, yes, I did manage to successfully pre-order DG.

I gotta say kudos to whoever at Beth managed to get that through. It's a big step forward and we're very grateful for it!

There's nothing special going on here. DB is available world wide as of a day or so ago. Available for pre-order, that is.

No - its special. we have had regional blockade.

Poland confirm DLC's are unlocked can be bought. I have bought all 3 DLC's by friends from UK/Canada as a steam gifts before this steam unlock.
Game is still locked on steam.
