In trouble in skyrim i was given the task of killing the leader of the rift watchtower and i killed everybody there but couldnt find the leader. Searching the surrounding area i found an arrow symbol that would be above a persons head just inches above the ground as if the leader was underground .How do i get to the leader

sounds like he is already dead and buried. reload an earlier save and see if he is there?
