Adjusting a UV map for male feet

I'm trying to remap the feet from Better Males (cannot link to Nexus due to forum rules) to fit the vanilla body. Unfortunately I only have NifSkope as my 3d Max drive crashed and burned years ago. The mesh itself aligns perfectly to the vanilla body with no clipping or gaps at the ankle, no adjustments are required. It is 'only' the UV map that needs changing. I managed some small success but it is very muddy due to limitations on zoom and no ability to slice maps from what I can tell. Is this a futile endeavour with NifSkope? My UV skills are not the best and are rusty at that. Without 3d Max I feel quite hampered. But with the better quality female feet in XCE I'd like to give the men a matching set. Everyone should have toes!

Nifscope can export the shape as dae, which can be imported into blender. The UV can then be adjusted and then exported from blender as 3ds. the 3ds then imported over the existing shape in Nifscope. Upon import only the shape and UV will be replaced leaving the rigging intact. If you would like to try this I will give you step by step instructions.
