Is there a way I can spawn the housecarl through console commands and everything is ok?

I deleted all my hearthfire related mods, deleted hearthfire, saved a clean save, then reinstalled hearthfire and I'm still having this issue. Hopefully, I can figure it out.

I am using Requiem but I didn't have this problem with my previous character while also using this mod. It says it doesn't touch Hearthfire.

I think it was a hearthfire mod that corrupted the game. Even deleted and it's still messed up . Anyway, any help?
