Ah...I just got tasked with convincing Ulfric and Tulius to come to the "Peace Council" up at High Hrothgar, but because I have a mission in progress with the Storm Cloaks, I can't interact with Ulfric. No dialogue menu pops up, he just keeps repeating to me, "Why are you still here? you're supposed to be at Korvanjund, proving Galmor right, or proving him wrong." Granted I'm sure just knocking out that quest fixes it, or I rather hope so, because I was trying to knock out the MQ BEFORE proceeding further into the Storm Cloak quests. Annoying as *beep*.
