Question about beta

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 7:52 am

Sorry for this stupid post.
But I wanted to know if anyone knew more or less when they would match the first beta.
Now the hype has come to the stars ... hehe
I can not wait to experience first-hand what all is called as the New DAoC. If I'm not mistaken the developer who will RvR is the same no?
And I also wanted to know if finally return the Triad: Healer, Tank, DPS.
Thank you for the Info ;)
And again sorry for this stupid Topic ;)

Pff is a very bad thing to know nothing. The last time I had the hype was so high before the beta of DAoC. Where I've been playing for years and years without ever getting tired. And yet regret the failure of the Italian developers. If not I would still be playing at this time.
hehe;)

As for combat roles, there's a lot of discussion in this thread: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1440345-clarification-in-combat-mechanics/ (Summary: looks like they're trying to keep players from being slotted into roles by class, and enemy AI will be more sophisticated than in most games, but that doesn't mean that in a given fight there won't be somebody tanking, somebody healing and somebody DPSing. At least that's how I interpret the info.)

I have theirhttps://twitter.com/TESOnline/with_replies bookmarked so that I'll be sure to catch it when it's announced although I have a feeling these forums will be flooded with "Oh My God Beta" posts.

The only thing they've said is they will be sending out invites for the beta "in the coming weeks and months".

Oh and yes Matt Firor is from DAoC and Paul Sage is from UO I think.

2 Games that have written the history of mmorpg.

Knowing that their are two developers, then I think there are good hopes of seeing Healer, Tank and DPS.
For me, a character who can do everything, heal, tank and do damage and 'a character boring. That is, there is no more the true meaning of the Party. Do you understand what I mean! Surely those who played WoW and Daoc understand me. Ok, it's boring to wait for a tank or a healer to go to RvR or Dng ... but it is certainly more exciting than being able to do everything you ;)

That games have not written the history of mmorpg. UO is one of the first mmorpg. But it didnt shaped how mmorpg today is and DAoC was never that popular. When you say mmorpg, WoW comes to peoples mind and WoW is definently the game which has written the history of mmorpg. Look at how many ripoff's it had while EU and DAoC not having single

Oh wow you can't even say you're a beta tester? Oh the secrecy...

Most NDA agreements now prevent you from talking about any game you are in alpha/beta for in any place except the official forums for the game you testing for. So you can't talk about it or even to say you are in a beta.

Yeah, but it's true WoW was the first MMORPG that many people played and so MMORPGs moved from to the genre with the most people playing, and WoW made history. Biggest list of subs and it made the most money in the compete video game industrie.
