Ever since i downloaded dragonborn, I've noticed that I have been getting diseases. I've so far gotten bone break feaver and rattles. I'm a werewolf though, so I shouldn't be getting any diseases, right?

Confirmed, happened to my werewolf too. I got one off the unstoppable swinging blades in the RR mine quest. Where did your diseases come from?

Not a bug and not introduced by the Dragonborn dlc.
Understandable to think so if your character's never been diseased before, however...

...even in vanilla Skyrim those with vamp or wolf blood can still catch diseases from traps.
Critters cannot infect you. True. But traps are a different danger.

Tip: My wolfie always carries a few Hawk Feathers to munch on...just in case. Eating one cures diseases and they weigh 1/5th the equivalent potion.
