Yes, but as holds true for every awesome unique item in this DLC, it kinda svcks. It only does stamina damage.

Speaking about unique weaponry... I heard a rumor there are two unique scimitars somewhere in Dragonborn... What are they? (I am only thinking of Trueflame and Hopesfire, if this rumor is true).

yep. I think it also does some very good damage too.

Good. It's pretty easy. Just read the book of the same name.

Lower level chars won't get the quest though. You have to be around mid-high 30's. Once there, I don't think you need to read the book at all. Last chest, I think, has a key. Thieves will be very, very, very, very happy.

It's a full set, so ya, you get the armor and weapons.
