Besides the mission where Alduin summons Sahloknir, does Alduin normally fusrodah people and knock them over? Technically that shout isn't "fusrodah", but the dragon summoning shout. Anywho, I got knocked over and sent face first into the dirt while running with the imperial in the beginning of the game. Never in the many many many hours of play has Alduin ever done a normal Fusrodah to my character before. Is this new, or did I just finally luck out and have him use it?

Any time he revives a dragon it'll knock you down if you're close enough. It has happened to me many, many times.

Oh sorry, I misread. Um I got knocked over hiding under the wall once. So, I dunno.

He rag dolled me the first time I started the game, so I can only assume he used unrelenting force. However, that was the only time he ever did that, so I don't know.

Pretty sure he uses Unrelenting Force in Helgen. I've been knocked around by him from day one.
