I purchased skyrim on day 1 and have played thousands of hours and have had the occasional freeze when the game is loading like leaving a cave to enter skyrim, etc... - but only when loading a new location.
I have also encountered occasional lag - usually only in certain areas but never game breaking - could save and reload and the problem would be gone - however lag was few and far between.

Now, since dragonborn, I have encountered game time freezing - for example - casting a spell, switching weapons, swinging a weapon,etc.. - they usually always involve an action but it does require me to manually turn off Xbox, restart, and load last save.

Is the game getting too big - are we going to have more and more freezing issues - it is extremely annoying - is requiring me to save a lot more often and really pisses me off if I it happens and it has been awhile since my last save

Issue needs addressing!!!! If more dlc means more issues and freezing then I am out!

I have the same problem. Before I purchased the DLC Dragonborn, my game freezed only a few times. Since I bought Dragonborn my game freezes too often. Sometimes pressing the turn off switch on my xbox doesn't even help, and I have to open the tray to be able to turn my xbox off.

I also have encountered more glitches, both in Morrowind and Skyrim. For example, the walls and floors of my Ravenrock house disappeared when I entered the house, and I dropped down until I landed on the floor downstairs again. My Lakeview manor, I chose to build the armory and put that set of Nordic carved armor on my armor stand, but after a while I decided to put some different armor on it, but when I re-entered the homestead the Nordic carved armor was back on, even though that original armor set was in Ravenrock. This had not happened before I installed the Dragonborn DLC.
