I'm not sure if anyone else has had a problem or posted before but, first with dawnguard then with dragonborn activating things especiallt powers like beastform or even interacting with a bookself takes a 30 sec to a min when it used to be an instanst effect. if anyone has advice on how I can rectify this please let me know. Its svcks cause i frquently used beastform now it takes forever and then studder steps in a loop for the first few minutes and if I get hurt i try to feed but that takes another minute for it to activate by which im already dead. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I wish there was a solution for this too. I've also noticed an increase in the time it takes to draw my weapon and casting spells.
