Reikling follower?

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 9:58 pm

I gotta have one. I love Goblins, and these are basically the same thing. They crack me up and if I can have a little guy follow me around and fight baddies for me I gotta make that happen. Especially if I can make him some little daedric armor. Tiny master of evil, anyone?

Is there a way to get one of these guys as a follower? If so how and where?

Find Thrisk Mead Hall, go inside and talk to the Leader, do his 3 quest and you will become the King!

Thirsk Mead Hall, follow the chief's orders and you will become their new chief.

A stone throw away from Skaal Village, go past the shaman's house and keep going until you find a Nord encampment on the beach. Now do not do the quest there, they are the opposing force to the Reilkling. Instead go up the path there until you reach a lake, the Mead Hall is there right next to the lake.

Yeah, once you do the thirsk quests for the rieklings they actually just appear randomly when you are in a fight outdoors. Three of them will appear. You can then ask one to be a follower or you can go back to the mead hall and get one as a follower.

Now, that's disappointing, I found the displaced Nords first and slaughtered all the Reiklings .

I have a Riekling Warrior as my follower as well as Marcurio. I love having him because 1.) He can hold my stuff. 2.) He can equip a bow and use it. And for some reason armor as well although you never see the armor on him. 3.) He is a badass.

So, does he take the place of the dog slot for followers then? If so, will my kids ask to keep him if I bring him to my Hearthfire house? XD

He does count as an animal follower but I don't know if kids will ask to keep him as a pet. Both of my kids have a dog and a rabbit so they can't ask for anymore, although I guess you could try.

Yeah, obviously. It was a joke. I just love the idea of reforming the Blades with Rieklings.
